At SmartVibe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at smartvibe159@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Wrong or Defective Items If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us immediately at smartvibe159@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped.
